Lira is an early NodeShift project built to redefine the hiring landscape by connecting job seekers and recruiters in one ecosystem. Active development is currently paused — we've prioritized Paylo, and Lira is on hold until the education market it depends on is ready. What follows describes the product as designed.

While Lira's long-term vision centers on transforming recruitment across Nigeria and beyond, the planned first step is a student-focused rollout — data-driven study companions, standardized exam preparation, and performance analytics — designed to build an engaged user base before opening up hiring.

This foundation enables us to nurture talent from the ground up, ensuring that by the time they enter the job market, Lira already understands their strengths, goals, and growth trajectory.
